The Logan Heights Archival Documentation Project (LHADP) began at the University of San Diego with Professor Alberto Pulido and his students from his Chicano San Diego courses. The idea behind this project was to document the many contributions made by the residents of Logan Heights pre and post freeway and bridge construction and destruction of the Logan Heights Neighborhood. A central goal for CPMCC is to recover and preserve our history that has been lost or destroyed by external governmental and development entities. LHADC along with CPMCC lives the belief that “a people without a community of memory will cease to exist.”
