The Chicano Park Steering Committee, Stewards of Chicano Park and Chicano Park on the Bay/César Chávez Park, has set Saturday, April 25, 2026, for the 56th Chicano Park Day commemoration. This annual commemoration of the founding of Chicano Park on April 22, 1970, recognizes all those who fought for it and those who continue to work to honor the spirit of the Chicano Movement and the resilience of the Community.
