Playwriting Master Class

The Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center, in association with the Picerne Family Foundation, present: Playwriting Master Class with Herbert Siguenza

5 week intensive course FREE for community members

Mondays and Wednesdays, 3pm -6pm

November 6th – December 13th, 2023

Herbert Siguenza is a founding member of Culture Clash and was the Playwright in Residence at the San Diego Rep from 2016-2022. He is a veteran Playwright, actor and director, and was the CPMCC Artist in Residence in 2021-22. This class will review the basics of playwriting and other storytelling techniques. Oral history, music, satire and poetry are explored. Not available through Zoom, all classes will be held in-person at the Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center. All levels accepted, ages 14 & up.

Dates: Monday’s and Wednesday’s; November 6th – December 13th (no class the week of November 20th)
